WHY I OWN AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP

Keever Brothers Automotive was birthed from the desire of the owner, Elijah Keever (also known as me), to be able to not only repair vehicles but to genuinely serve the people who rely on them. Years ago when I was a dealership technician I would never meet or speak to the person behind the steering wheel. I would address the problems the customer was having and then also provide a thorough inspection of the vehicle, just like I still do today. The difference is what happened afterward.

At the dealership, anything I wrote down about the vehicle was presented to the customer as a dire concern that needed immediate attention. This pressure was applied by a service advisor who knew little to nothing about vehicles and who didn't care about much of anything beyond his commission. Unfortunately, that's still the situation in many dealerships across America. I wanted better for myself and those who were trusting me with their vehicle. I wanted to have the opportunity to evaluate not only the vehicle, but the customer's needs and circumstances.

Today I am able to explain everything I see that is of concern on a vehicle and help the owner prioritize those concerns without creating unnecessary stress or expense. I have assembled a team of people who share that vision and are committed to carrying it out. That commitment has led to our "Peace of Mind Pledge." Each person within my organization agrees that "I will care for your car like my family will ride in it."

That is the standard of excellence we live by.  Your safety and my good name is more important than a dollar. Work and workers that are not up to this standard to not have a place in my shops. I do auto repair differently. I value the trust you place in me each time you choose Keever Brothers Automotive for your repairs and I take my responsibility to you and your family very seriously.
